First: you create a character, then you submit it to me via note for appending approval

Seconded: Post the profile after it's been approved, then I assign the character profile to the RnD team folder or tester folder.

Third: You write stories, draw art or commission art on projects, testing sites or the companies inner workings. How and when you preform these task, is up to you.
